Maximum Occupancy 12 (plus porta cots)                                                           

The air-conditioned 5 Bedroom Deluxe Villa sleeps a maximum of 12 guests, all on one level. The main villa sleeps 8 guests and is finished to a high standard with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 ensuites and a main bathroom. Three of the bedrooms offer split/king size beds and the fourth bedroom offers a queen size bed. A semi-detached 1 Bedroom Annex provides the 5th bedroom to the Deluxe Villa. The air-conditioned Annex includes a queen size bed with ensuite and a single bunk set in the lounge to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (plus porta cot). This is a unique opportunity to accommodate a small group or extended family in a private setting whilst enjoying the benefits of a smaller family resort. Complimentary daily tropical breakfast is included for all guests and served in the resort breakfast area.
