The air-conditioned 5 Bedroom Deluxe Villa sleeps a maximum of 12 guests, all on one level. The main villa sleeps 8 guests and is finished to a high standard with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 ensuites and a main bathroom. Three of the bedrooms offer split/king size beds and the fourth bedroom offers a queen size bed. A semi-detached 1 Bedroom Annex provides the 5th bedroom to the Deluxe Villa. The air-conditioned Annex includes a queen size bed with ensuite and a single bunk set in the lounge to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (plus porta cot). This is a unique opportunity to accommodate a small group or extended family in a private setting whilst enjoying the benefits of a smaller family resort. Complimentary daily tropical breakfast is included for all guests and served in the resort breakfast area.

Lagoon Breeze Villas Cook Islands are 10 minutes’ drive from Rarotonga Golf Club, the National Stadium and Rarotonga Airport. Central Avarua is a 15-minute walk away.
All accommodation is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette or kitchen with a microwave gas cooker and a refrigerator. Ceiling fans, a safety deposit box and complimentary toiletries are standard in all accommodation.
